- Boil water with 5 large cloves of garlic.
- Once its boiling, add Rapini for about 8 minutes.
- Then, remove from water or strain with strainer both Rapini and Garlic.
- Add 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil and a dash of Braggs.
Mix together and enjoy !

This goes well with a large salad and 2 baked potatoes !
