What You Can Eat
Fresh and raw fruits and vegetables, that is raw, not steamed, not cooked.

Example Schedule
Note before reading on: your chewing acts like a juicer machine, the more you chew the
more energy (fructose and amino acids) you will extract from your fruits and vegetables.
Wake Up
Eat Fruit Right away (instant gratification - energy right away)
1 ounce of "Daily Complete" (instant gratification - 170 vitamins and minerals
in a liquid form )
1 hour after your last piece of fruit in the morning .

Note: wait a minimum 1 hour between switching from vegetables to
fruit and vice verse. Water and herbal tea all day long. Distilled water is the best stuff
to drink, secondly spring water, and if you have to - water from a Brita or from a tap.
1 Hour Before You Go To Bed

Just Before You Go To Bed

What Not To Eat / Drink
Bread, Milk, Orange juice in a box, Butter, Mushrooms, Olives, , Radishes, Jarred or

Salt, Fish, Meat, Animal By Products, Onions and Garlic .. (because the taste will cause
